Yes it started after I *shurgs* activated/used norton (for the first time) to fix an issue.

Norton is bad.
In fact, most antiviruses are bad, but there are some good ones!
I use AVG (still) But that can get bugged.

I used to use AVG, but 8.5 didn't let FL work so I had to start using Avira. Don't get Avira, it keeps popping up with adverts trying to get me to buy it's stuff, when my dad actually put it on the computer.
