I made my own version of the Praetorian. Unlike the Cutlass I made this one entirely from scratch, by looking at the existing Titan to get the shape of the body and cockpit right. This is roughly 2 and a half hours work so far, but the model is not finished.

I need you to give me ideas on how to bulk it up slightly, because it looks far too skinny for a Corsair ship.

I also need opinions on whether or not the Praetorian should actually be replaced.

Especially the faux X-Wing design. I wonder if the devs would let us have a bomber with four slots....

Those are engines not torpedo pods... the torpedoes will likely be closer to the fuselage.

Well, first I think you should get rid of those rectangular things sticking out from the middle of both wings,(unless your are gonna turn them into some kind of torpedo pod, hehe). And again theres a rectangular part on the top fin, you should get rid of that as well, it just doesnt look right, and the bottom fin, you cant really say, but is it the same length as the top one ? if it is, can you get the length a bit smaller, then see how it looks.

I had planned to put the torpedo slots on those parts, yes. As for the one in the top wing, I can change that to look more like the Titans top wing. And yes, the bottom with is smaller.

The Torpedo slots should go between the Wings. Looks pretty fine, the only thing bugging me is the cockpit, make it a bit smaller. And not so round. A bit thinner and flat.

Can i see a picture from behind?

Sorry, but I like current Praetorian more. Four wings is a bit too much. :mellow:

Anyway, what really needs replace are imports, not Praetorian.

Eh, I was asked to do it and I got a good idea for it, so I did it. But there is a reason this is posted here and not in the submissions forum...

I did a little more work on it.

The back looks pretty good aswell. I would like to see the Tubes now or one tube. Dont know how many slots the one atm has.

personally, i think the current preatorian model is perfect. not only does it fit into the corsair design, its also a beast in pvp. due to its shape its hard to hit, its got alot of armour so it can tank a bit, it can dodge alot as well. only reason i can see why people would want it changed it due to the torp slots being on either end instead of the center, or cuz they die in it alot.

also, your model doesnt strike me as heavy at all, nighthawk, whereas the current preatorian screams "IM HEAVY!"
