I just killed an armored transport lvl 50 Why you ask ?
I asked him to Halt for a cargo scan.
He didnt he kept moving

He didnt say a word he just kept moving.

If u atleast respond i might not kill you ( Might ) just damage the hull a little.

I've probably killed the most traders than I ever have before in one day because either they didn't respond or instantly started shooting at me.

Congratulations, you just broke a rule..

Gotta make a demand beyond 'Halt.' Such as 'Drop your cargo,' or 'Pay this amount of credits.'

'Halt' is insufficient.

Nope I say Please Halt for a Scan they run do i do the last 2 traders have both fired at me. i cant make demands if there on
the run.

and saying halt for a cargo scan is a demand i dont scan til engines are cut so piss off dab.

You can make a demand if they are running. I do it all the time.

Also, yes 'Halt' is a demand. But admins have already stated that it isn't a sufficient demand. You must say either 'Drop X amount of cargo' or 'Pay X amount of credits' or anything similar before you can kill them.

Dab is right in this. You must ask for cargo or money first.cargo scaj can be maked from 4 k....
So next time take a care.because when he report you, rule is clear in this.

why im busy typing there getting out of range...

and like i said the last 2 have both fired on me so there is nothing to report.

the Mining Vessel i just killed said YOU ARE DEAD and started firing then went to cruise.
