Artanis, 4elovek has been warned due to a report posted on July 13 for :
Repeated out of character chats.

Comments / Instructions : Next time it will be 10% of your credits for each line of OOC chat. You appear to be having difficulty with English. You had better find someone who speaks your native language (Russian it appears) and get some help understanding the roleplay and rules or your time here is going to be cut short in very unpleasant ways, unfortunately.
I recommend that someone who speaks Russian contact him.
