My second gunboat / cap 7 same setup as doombringer is a corsair gunboat.
Can i slap a pirate id on drop the iff and head pretty much pirate every where.
I really do not like fighting every single outcast i see.
And then would Hackers Rogues Outcast would i be completly out of role play by landing on there bases ?

with corsair gb you are declaring your allegiance with the corsairs, afterall, how else would you gain one of their ships?
So yes, you would have hostilities with the outcasts and their allies.

I would steer clear of Kusari, as they have an agreement with the Corsairs that, in return for not pirating their goods, they turn a slight blind eye to the Hogosha and the artifact trade.
A sort of neutrality thing, along the lines of the Outcasts and Bretonia.
