To: Kusari Naval Headquaters.
Dear Kusari Navy,
I'm writing to request permission to move my ship, a Corvo class research ship, through your territory with the aim of studying planetery rings in Shikoku. The study should take no more than a few days after which i will move to Ames Research Station in Kepler.
The purpose of our trip, as i said, is to document the wonder in our galaxy and our engineer has drawn our attention, after hours of gesticulating and drawing incomprehensible maps and diagrams, to the rings in Shikoku, famed for having no planet. These are the rings we'd lke to study.
