My friends I have helped many in this sector. At this time I am in need and call all who I have helped for I need you to fly under my banner. There is a stink in the sector. I once viewed the Kleptocracy of Rheinland the true enemy, however, i was mistaken. Its center lies in Theta.
As an Admiral in the South Alliance I have met good brothers in arms, but i must, for a time, set my stars upon my table and return to my beloved H.S. Rancor. What I must do is not true to the ideals of Navy, for my foe holds nothing sacred. So, I must become Red Hessian in heart and mind. My wrath is kindled and i shall not rest until my blade rests in their heart.
So i call all who hold my friendship dear to my banner.
