Another Rogue ship. - waddoff - 08-01-2009

So, I thought up this concept a couple days ago. Even though the Rogues don't really need a Cruiser class vessel at all, it occured to me that the Destroyer is more of a defensive vessel. So what about an assault class Cruiser?
So, I present to you, the Liberty Rogue Siege Cruiser:

It's still a work in progress. Needs a few more minor details and such, but this is just a concept anyway so it doesn't need to be a finished product. I'm not so concerned about getting this ship into the mod, since it's not really needed at all. Seemed like a fun idea at the time, though.

A rogue cruiser with a forward cannon?
That will teach the Liberty Capfleet some lessons, not a bad idea.

it doesnt look bad, but...Pirates dont need a second Cruiser. We dont even need one.
Small ships are the true strength of them.

And anyway. How did we get Navy Technology?

Didn't you see the mass of Bloodhounds hijack a cruiser? They pulled up and said, "Get out the cruiser, homey! I ain't playin' withya homey!" Good times....

I like it. If the ship is maneuverable, it can do some serious damage when working with a partner.

The only two uses of the current rogue dessie are:
1: Pwning noobs
2: Being a Bomber magnet (hehe like 6 LPI bombers vs one)

I dunno. Reverse engineered? That was sort of the idea, and why it looks pretty similar to the Liberty Siege Cruiser. But it probably won't get in anyway, so no worries:P
