Seeing as Bretoina has Allied with a bunch of drug dealers and our most hated enemy we would like to assist you in forcing back Bretoina. We can lend support and one battleship 2 gunboats and a few fighters. Bascily a whole fleat, maybe 2 fleats. But we want something from you.

Gentlemen,
The Kusari Ambassador will be unavailable for a period. She is recuperating from a recent gunshot wound at an undisclosed location.
I will speak for her. The KNF does not negotiate alliances with known pirates. Whatever else you have on your agendas, you may strike that one off. Especially as your Corsair brethen continue to intrude into Honshu space, raiding our bases at Amori and Akita. If you hope to open diplomatic negotiations of any sort with KNF, I suggest you address this matter beforehand.
Further, new KNF High Command policy dictates that the Diplomatic Corp will no longer respond to any diplomatic overtures over these frequencies; as we have discovered that "loose lips" seems to be the order of the day among certain Factions throughout Sirius.
Present your case directly to me. I will contact the Ambassador if I deem it worthy of her consideration.
