Hello all,
I would create a faction in Gallia, but it appears we can't => on that post .
And we can't move outside Gallia or maybe near of Gallia's system.
My question : can we change that ? if not why?

When 4.86 comes, it will be allowed to apply for official faction status for Gallian factions.
You are free, however, to try and create an unofficial Gallian faction of your choosing.
Just please think hard about it and do your research about the RP of the faction. Don't rush into things.
Running a faction is a demanding task if you plan to do it right.
