where can i get one or a gallic police bribe if im hostile to all Galliac factions... Junker base obviously but is there a certian base i could get it at easier if there even is a navy or police bribe.

There are no bribes for any house military, Liberty, Kusari, Rheinland, Bretonia, Gallia.

correct, no house military can be bribed
police can...and in Gallia, the best place to find police bribes are Junker stations...specifically that one in Burgundy

You can get police bribes on the junker bases.
Then do navy missions on police stations.
Simple.
Or there is a slightly more hidden and extremely easy way to get all lawful factions friendly in gallia.

i took all the bribes on the base now so that it might show up faster but now all the guys have blank things on them no more bribes left?

Hmm . . I am taking a wild guess here, but would it have to do with destroying certain storage depots? (not sure is they even have them there . . . )
