Admin notice: Player sanctioned - Jihadjoe - 08-27-2009
NIghtstalker has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 26th august 09 for:
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without engaging anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
and
Quote:5.5 Dock-killing when player is undocking/launching from a planet/base is not allowed.
Consequences: Fined all guns and credits
Notes: On top of this it also seems like you initial attack was completely silent. Now, while that may well be the best way of getting your kill-fix it's not soething we deem to be good roleplay.
Given that the player you shot at technically ran from you and docked, you are obliged to give him the chance to leave the system as-per the rules following the engagement. You did not, and in doing so broke another rule regarding dock killing.
