Cryer headquarters itself on Planet Denver, I believe. I might be wrong, but, I think Benjamin mentioned that.
Also, fun fact, Synth Foods headquarters itself on Los Angeles.

Indeed, the Cryer HQ is on Denver, though it's not a Cryer planet. The only Cryer bases are Atka Research and Cambridge Research. If you're looking for missions, go to Cambridge.
And while Cryer is technically a Libertonian company, they have holdings and influence everywhere, especially since they've got a monopoly on making drugs (medicinal drugs, that is, nothing illegal. No sir. Definitely not.).
