Nikolai has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the 30th aug 09 for:
Quote:6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.
Consequences: Fined all credits and guns
Notes: Roleplay first, shoot later.
Also, I'm wondering what a corsair gunboat was doing in california...
