Admin Notice: Player Banned - Dusty Lens - 09-05-2009
West has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on the September, 4 2009 for:
Quote:3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private, is prohibited under any circumstances.
3.5 Attempts to pose as admins and attempts to interpret rules are not allowed. Using an Admin's name without prior consent of the Admin is never allowed.
Threats of sanctions will result in a sanction against those threatening, and may be equivalent in monetary and equipment value to the sanction threatened.
Consequences: Roses are red, violets are blue, you wanna cuss? I ban you.
Also, remember this. When you're threatening someone with a ban if they dare attack you some members of the admin team have a rejoinder to that: NO U.
7 days for cussin up a storm and threatening an honest(ish) pirate with a ban. Post here when your term is up.

Yes I was'nt right, because was sure that it is impossible to attack a player in the flow of 4 hours since he was put to death and was very angry, but I was horrific surprised after reading rules again, that player who was put to death has no authority to attack, and who killed that can. Well I will sit 7 days in ban, but point 3.5 consider not appropriate simply when I wrote them I was sure that them will be baned for reengagement less than through 4 Hours.

Keep in roleplay, threaten them to be "Arrested".
Just don't use sweary words.
