This is my response on the official diplomatic channels which descripes the situation as a whole.
Just let me point out one thing: Liberty Battlecruisers in Omicron Delta are sometimes, just if you are not a pope, a bit unusual, or not.
Anyway, i told one, i told twice - a storm was rising up - that bloody big toy was docked.
After that storm i had to tell the same story again, realizing to be completely ignored.
According to my very neutral status and to our policies which were provided at least via printed apples i dunno care about being donut or jelly.
I just caused to malfunction that little electronic shield thing and got suddenly the fully attention of zat captain - realizing he may be in strudelland or perhaps not.
If you captains of this scrap things cannot park proper in or into a lot or a lot and purchase a valid ticket don't blame the security pope.
I think we need a motion about toll boths now.

As commanding officer of the Emerald Star former part of the ZRT strike force, now integrated in the defence forces of the Zoner Trading Consortium i and my fellow Zoner friends have defended Freeport 11 and Freeport 1 of the jelly and jelly loving factions.

Perhaps you missed the Council's motions on our now offical policies.
There is absolutely no reason to ignore our policies, even after explained by me for three times.

I expelled him, revoked his right to call himself a pope and told him to leave or to dock.
That merchant, plumber, gunsmith, captain or gardener just received the treatment like everyone else - including the jellies.
If you are still not enlightened i suggest you visit the temple in Baffin or just perhaps or not.
Now what is in Sparta's name the problem here?
I asked for the tickets but there were none.
I asked to get some but i got ignored.
And doing Kinderherding is not part of my job description.
Freeport 11 is absolutely not a place to commence a meeting BEHIND the lines - or please tell me a way to explain to our guests at Freeport 10 why there are artefacts on the tables in the bar.
Well I have to confess that i'm not a diplomat but a shipwright and warrior.
My intention was and will be to protect our installations all over Sirius and to ensure our neutrality.
And a Liberty warship like any other not allied warship in front of any of our installations, especially at this very Freeport, is not acceptable to me.
I gave more than three warnings and even explained them - dock or just move out of out NFZ.
If any visitor got a problem with this simple rule i got no problem to turn him into a fried jellie or you.
