Apocalypse_Now has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:
Quote: 5.8 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not re-engage the enemy (player or players involved in the death) with any of the characters on his/her account(s) for 4 hours.
5.9 After a death in a PvP fight, players should switch to other characters (preferably with different role-playing status) for no less than 4 hours.
Consequences: Your guns, credits and cargo have been removed from your vessel. When your guns are un-removed from your vessel, via purchasing, you will not have Rheinland turrets.

Greetings, it's a misunderstanding. I was a member of this fight beetwen some Corsairs and Apocalypse Wing. Apocalyse_Now tell us that he can't fight becasue he was killed etc. Then we ask him to play with us, and give him a permission to join, becasue it was a little unfair fight with 10 bombers against 1 BS. So once again i tell, we ask him to join to the battle. So this sanction is a little unfair in my opinion. I don't have any screens from that situation, but i hope so that Apocalyse_Now has a few.

I'm talking about a battle which was yesterday between few corsairs and Apocalypse_Now and Apocalypse_Cyclop_Arga and a third BH who's join later (sorry but i don't remember a nick). If report is about another situation then bring my apologized for unnecessery take the voice (i'm not sure that this word is correctly in this context...)

corsairs ask us to join in battle in different sys so we have gone to
delta and fight gain
so if understood well,he cant fight again in kappa where he died but

Probable scenario that you are referring to: I got attacked by 2 battleships in Delta (Big Toy and Sylnesia, if I remember correctly), destroyed one, the other destroyed me. 10 minutes after, when I saw Sylnesia in Kappa, I destroyed him.
I am sure you are well aware of the fact that people who do this re-engaging in different system all the time, including one particular admin's char who did it once on me.
If attacking in a different system is a broken rule, then I deserve this sanction, for the first time.
If your report states that I attacked him in the same system (Omicron Delta), then I got a screenshot to prove differently.
In ANY case, I would like to provide me with a proof as soon as possible. I think I deserve it.

PM sent with evidence. By your own admission you broke rule 5.8.

The rule is as plainly written as can be. You get killed by someone in a PvP fight - you can't fight them again for four hours.
Accusations of rule-breaking by administrators is a serious allegation. Please report it with evidence via the appropriate channels.
@lukasz_r128a; UFC-TRADER; malimedo38. There is no misunderstanding. The incident to which you refer is not the one which is the subject of this sanction.

I have received proof and it is obvious I have made a mistake. I really thought one can re-engage in another system. I apologize to community and to admin whose decision I questioned, but I won't apologize to those 2 battleships that have no decency nor courage to fight me in a more equal battle.
