I want to become a Phantom, and I have PMed Virus a few days ago. If any other player or Admin in control of the Phantoms Faction PM me that would be most appreciated.

That is not really the way the process works. The Phantom ID is a big responsibility, and we take it very seriously. We generally do recruitment in waves, inviting 2-6 people at a time, when we need more people. When we decide we need more members, we take recommendations from the members of the Phantoms, generally the ones that are invited get a pretty unanimous "He'd be perfect" response from the membership of the Phantoms as a whole. We look for people who grab our attention in game, and not by incessantly pm'ing a Phantom as you did, to try and talk about the phantoms, you know, we want to play the game to and not just answer questions people have that could be very easily answered by looking on the forums.
