I don't understand something. Why do Outcasts pay so much for slaves and so little for robotic components? While I understand the slaves of today breed the Outcasts of tomarrow, robots are far stronger and vastly more reliable and efficient than slaves.

Yet, Malta pays an ungodly amount for Slaves, but the commodity dealer laughs at you when you mention Robotic Components.

Why?

Why?
Because it isn't ROBOTS, it's robotic components, components are parts, it's more efficient to use slaves than to build robots, plus robots pollute more.

The use of slaves makes the Outcasts appear much more menacing and overarching than the more ethical approach of using robots.

Well it does, really, I mean, the Outcasts want to look scary, menacing, so people will be less likely to pick fights with them and this works.

I agree it does seem odd. Ive always thought it should be higher, myself. If you have a low population, it seems you would rely more than average on robotics.

because they use the slaves to build robots?
