You know all the small factions, Like LWB, XA ETC?
well, Why dont they get a reskined eagle? No stat changes In How it handles, Just a diffrent skin. This wioll add more variety for some of the smaller guys out there.
Possibly done with other ships, depending.
So, What do guys think?

I'd prefer to either let them use what they have, or better yet make totally new civilian ships for both lawful and unlawful use that could cover more factions.
Think about it, we have;
Liberty Civ ships; the CTE line
Kusaran (vaguely) civ ships; the Renzu line
Mining inspired civ ships; The KS line (look at their info cards if you don't believe it...)
& Gallic Civilian ships
Plus a host of one-offs like the Havoc.
So this would come in two phases;
phase 1; make some decent models for the Renzu/KS lines
phase 2; make a Rheinland and Bretonian civilian ship line as well as perhaps some other basic civilian ship lines or one-offs. (Maybe make a full fledged Aegira line?)
I would love to do phase 1 and help with 2 when I get some other things off my plate.

The GC and FA got ships because well, everyone loves making kusari ships. And the Unioners got their weird thing with the weird texture.
But for the Xenos, Gaians and LWB, I can't say I'd hate a little wheat sheaf on the side of my eagle. But also I suppose I don't really mind that much at all.
What about corp eagles, Els! Where's your CEO spirit:P

Well I do know that the Xenos do not want their own line, I don't know how they would feel about Xeno specific reskins...
Another concept is that of a logo item/harpdoint. Not sure if its worth the work though....

and i agree to this idea fully... i would even go as far to say that this should have happened instead of giving the Farmers alliance a ship

Hang on... didn't the Xenos turn down their chance for their own ship line when Yue Fei was kind enough to build you some? Talk about ungreatful....
I think Liberty, Rhienland, Bretonian and Kusarian skinned Eagles would be the simplest way to do it. Then they would be available as civilian ships for each House, to both the lawfuls and unlawfuls, and corporations.
