When i came online yesterday after there was a server restart the days ago,it seems Junker don't get any longer the Bonus from the Scrap Metal.I had this bonus before the server restart and now,after it i don't get it.Sounds like a bug for me or was the Bonus removed ?

Same happened to me yesterday, only it was with Miner ID and Mining Lasers.
Average drop(before) was 34-40, now it's just 3-4. Explanation?
