Alright, so it seems that the Hessians, at least ostensibly, have banded together with the SCRA and other Rhineland Revolutionaries to, among other things, stamp out the slave trade.
Now, it's no secret that the Hessians rely heavily on the production and smuggling of Blood Diamonds to finance their highly expensive wars against Rhineland, the Wilde, and the Corsairs.
Neither is it a secret that the production of Blood Diamonds relies heavily on the labor of "liberated" slaves working on Freital.
I've been looking for a route to diversify my Slaver's RP experience (even if it means there will be a little less profit than the typical Malta route), and have stumbled upon the one that brings slaves to be "liberated" on Freital for use by the Hessians to, among other things, produce Blood Diamonds.
My question is the following: Will a trader carrying slaves to be "liberated" at Freital be attacked by Red Hessians, specifically the [RHA]? Will he be attacked by Rhineland revolutionaries allied with the Red Hessians? What about a trader carrying Blood Diamonds out of Freital?

I dont think the hessians are heartless enough to use slaves, they're ex-miners, they can mine themselves, i think theres even some hessian mining ships floating around in space.

On-base news item at Niverton and Buffalo:
"According to Liberty Rogues expert Ashton Pierce, several Unioner convoys have been reported for landing on their base with Blood Diamonds and hauling slaves back to Freital. This has happened countless times, while we suspect the Hessians and Unioners have come to an agreement, which let Unioners distribute the Blood Diamonds freely in return of (sic) delivering slaves to Hessians, claimed Pierce. Rumors have it that Red Hessians are liberating these people to use them as a cheap labor force and integrate the ones they deem fit into their movement."

Noted. I assume that means that MR ships won't shoot at me for delivering them to Garvagh.
Still awaiting a response regarding the Hessians, which are a more sticky issue.

If you're freeing slaves, stop by Arranmore on your way out of Londonderry and we'll give you something to drink. Can't say about the taste, but it'll get you drunk. If it's that Consortium booze, it'll taste good too, and hit you like a grumpy GC.

I always smuggle between Niverton and Freital on my Liberty Rogue. In my opinion, it's better than slaves/cardi and it suits my characters roleplay better.

The slave trade is an ambiguous one. Hessians, at least RHA to my knowledge, have not very definite view on slave trade. And as such deal with it with on a personal level. Some would not care less if you are hauling slaves, but I think majority of us will do something about it. And it depends what you are flying with what tag and ID.
I never thought that Blood diamonds were mined by slaves. The infocard is a rumor though. The credibility of it is in question. Could be true or not. But what comes to actually loading up blood diamonds and then meeting the hessian patrol is another matter. The wisest choice, which some traders have taken, is make a bargain giving you the unhindered access to Blood diamonds for exchange a large donation to the war chest.
You better get over to diplomatic channels about this. Blodo will handle it there.

Everybody likes cheap labour. Expecialy in war times. There is no place for heart.. Perhaps for us like a players, we want to act as heroic good people with some ideas, but well, all in all we shouldn't. Agian, its just a game. Realism may ruin the fun.
But, if base buys slaves with good price, that means they need slaves. Whats here not to understand, ech?
