I.M.G Argus Battlecruiser - Plank001 - 09-28-2009
I have got myself a nice lump some of credits and now i am a bit of a capital junkie so i was scrolling through the cruisers to see what i think will have the best Combat and RP roles in siruis. Now unfortunally for me in my gaming life i always seem to care more about looks than actual ability.
So i saw the Argus and i was thinking "Impressive"
Argus File.
Now i would like to ask you folks what i can do with it. I would like to know:
A) If i can go to the tau's and if so who can i engage there?
B) Do i require permission for it from IMG Faction?
C) If i was to Rp in Tau-37 And maybe mine there, if i stumbled across some outcasts Cruisers Could Engage them?
D) Not saying i would but could i go to houses?
E) In the description it says Exploration vessel. Could i RP into the far reaches say the Omicrons and Rp there? If thats frowned upon i won't i like to think of others before i think of my self. (Its kind of a weakness i guess)
Well if anyone can answer these and maybe give other important infomation it would be grateful. Before I get thois ship i am going to see the answers and make a final decision.

Well, since nobody seems to answer, I will try...
A) Yes, you can go to taus. And you could engage outcasts and BMM I guess, excluding trader ships. BUT that doesn't mean you can hunt them.
B) Actually I don't think you do if you have IMG guard ID, but it's always better that way. If you don't have an IMG ID, you really should ask.
C) I guess you could, if they refuse to leave. Same goes to Tau 23.
D) Well, I don't think that Bretonians would be happy about seeing a battlecruiser of an enemy of their mining corporation. And Kusarians just don't like to have capitals flying around just like that. But I guess it's negotiable.
E) Well...you can try, I don't think outcasts would let go an opportunity to hunt down a battlecruiser. Think as if it was real. I don't think that even with this ship I would go to Hispanic sector.

And how are you going to Role-Play mining with a capital warship? Standing in the nebula and waiting for the Outcasts to show up? Think about it that way and you will know what you can do and what you can't. What would you think about warship standing in mining field? Those are expensive ships and are not made for some small patrols and hunting some passing pilot. Not here to criticize you, just to point you where you could run into problems.

A)Erm, Outcasts, outcasts... Outcasts... Outcasts... Gallic lawfuls? (RP before hand)
B)Very much reccomended, but not compulsory.
C)With RP, yes.
D)Yes, but only really Bretonia/Rheinland/some of Kusari (oh and gallia). Only to pass-through. not for long-term operations
E) Your primary territories are the omegas and taus. Explore around there.
