Well, I make about 50m-100m per day depending on motivation, Sometimes even more.
Sirius is doing fine, only certain houses have economic problems.
Rhienland is an example, sadly I cannot find another example 0.o

I don't really have enough time to earn more than 50 million (when times are good) a week unless I forsake all other RP.
Somehow I usually end up spending that much money as well.

For the most part i earn nothing and spend only what i need for ammunition and regens(less than 10mil per week). I can go on for a lifetime from the billions previously acquired. At last resort i can revive my weapon dealer that still has a full stock ready to sell.
