*closed* - Caal-Shto - 10-05-2009 For a while now, there as been a small number of corsair players...running artifacts to New Tokyo. I have told these small group of players that what they are doing is OORP, and that the Hogosha are responsible for trafficking Artifacts into Kusari. However, these players have defended themselves, stating that "I never agreed to such a thing.", even though they are Corsair. After two weeks after the first incident, the are still trafficking the artifacts, and today, a Corsair Gunboat undocked from New Tokyo and proceeded to Shinjuku Station.
