Though I believe it is futile, due to the cliquish nature of this community, I wish to lodge formal complaint against Nightfall. On many occasions, with this only the newest, Nightfall has presented himself not as a neutral party in relation to his office, but as an actually antagonist. He does not embody what a true Administrator should be, fair but firm. His constant personal attacks and insults is a shame and I request his removal.

At the risk of annoying the MCC High-sec Guard, I think I'll re-word what I said with inarticulate clumsiness in the old thread.
Oso, please don't go down this path. If you have a personal problem with Night, then sort it man-to-man. Go duke it out with noobyfliers on Tony's server. Meet up IRL and slap each other with a wet fish. Get it out of your system.
Mark my words, no good will come of this complaint. And not the least because Night has much respect and admiration in the community... which should not count in his stead if he truly is in the wrong. But because it all smacks of vindictiveness and annoyance at your being dinged for screwing up.
Before you add my name to the "I h8 Oso/SA" club, just do me favour -- take a step back for a sec and have a good hard look. For starters, bringing this complaint to the forums instead of Igiss by PM.... very bad form my friend.

I also think that Night is the right one to do the job.
Did not interfere in this situation for a long time, but I did read what Oso was posting on forums. And I think that Nightfall was doing right things in this situation. I don't know if you will call me biased after that Oso, and request my removal, but you have a choice... either to obide the rules of the server and the forum (yes, I'm talking about flaming in non-Flood forums), or be punished for rule violation, or not play here.
I don't think that there were any personal attacks or abuse of power in this situation.
