Kushan replacements? - Seth Karlo - 10-15-2009 So, after quite a few scrapped ideas and a lot of doodles, I came up with a LF and a HF replace for the horrible Kushan imports we have now. I can also make a bomber with this idea, and have some ideas on touching up the HF, as I just added a couple of fins at the moment. Was just wondering what people thought really... Well, I think the light fighter looks very civilian-ish, and if the heavy fighter got a few wings and a texture it could be great. Kushan replacements? - Turkish - 10-15-2009 There isn't enough detail in either of them, right now they're just manipulated primitives. Its a base, but it needs a lot more work before I can say much. Kushan replacements? - Jinx - 10-15-2009 the shape itself is nice - but the sizing is a problem. - these shisp look like they have a very small bridge instead of a cockpit. - so they look like tiny gunships rather than fighters. certainly worth working on it though. Kushan replacements? - Kuze - 10-29-2009 From rear view the tails look ok...but from side view they dont realy fit with the rest of the ship imo...and the cockpit looks -as Jinx said - like a gunboat bridge. Kushan replacements? - AdamantineFist - 10-29-2009 Not fond of the fins on top (too curvey and don't really fit), but the rest is a solid base to work from. It's a bit rough, but it's a step in the right direction. The heavy fighter needs to use something other than a couple of fins on it to distinguish it from the LF. a blocky extension from the bottom, perhaps? Widening of the read exhausts and wings?
