To: Asgard Warrior Command, All of Sirius
As you are aware, the Department of Defense has recently declared open hostilities against the Asgard Warriors of Omicron Theta. While the actions of the DOD were sanctioned by Congress, the oversight committee recently uncovered several inconsistancies in the documentation kept by the SA. The ensueing investigation has revealed that Admiral Osorojo was entangled in several illegal activities. For reasons of security I am unable to elaborate. Rest assured that Admiral Osorojo has been taken into custody and is being held on charges of espiange and treason. He will be procacuted to the fullest extent of the law. As for the hostlities between our forces I formally request a cease-fire to discuss options for ending these hostilities. In the interum command of the DOD has been transfered to Admiral Adamson. He is under orders to defend Liberty but to not engage Asgard forces unless provoked. Please help us to come to terms so that we can end this conflict. Thank you.
