I've looked over the forums quite a bit. Some of the information does not seem kept up, and the rest is just a little confusing. A nice official stickied thread that is current would be nice. Anyway, who do we contact for an admin to take the 500mil so I can get this request posted?

Make the faction request thread, and attatch the character name of the ship with the funds as a afternote. Any browsing admin will then subtract the funds as/when they need to.
