Admin Notice : Player Jailed in Bastille - Dieter Schprokets - 10-25-2009
This is not precisely a sanction report. Consider this an intermediate sanction report. You are in Bastille while the Admins ponder what to do with you. You also have no credits and guns.
After my participation in a KNF/BAF event, I came back as my camera ship to film the remainder of the event, and saw Hitokiri killing the remaining BAF fighters in a BAF/KNF Fighter-Only event.
You did not leave when KNF asked you to, and both KNF and BAF are equally unpleased.
You were not invited, and ruined the event for the others.
What you did violates Rule 1.2:

As far as I'm concerned that ship can stay and rot in Bastille, but since this is not a common sanction, the other Admins input is required.

I'd like to point out, this is the second time this has happened.. And last time he was told by KNF that he was not allowed to participate in these events anymore.

I didn't.
I did what Admins do. We use our access to the server to apply sanctions.
We don't have to log onto your account.
And this is not relevant to what you did.

I shared this ship with 3 other people and one of them shared it to one other I didn't know.

Given the announcement here, perhaps this instance should be counted towards a new ruling on the sharing of accounts? Specifically that it's the responsibility of the account owner to ensure the legitimate use of that account and that any sanction will be levied against them if the account's characters are misused regardless?
Just my two cents as an unwilling victim: That battleship spoiled a perfectly good furball.

Right at the moment, you should understand that it could be an admin since it's both jailed and used at the same time.
I don't care what it will happen on it, the admins already banned me, and took me my stuff by the past, I endured lot of different things I don't really care right now.

The Hitokiri has been changed to a LN Dreadnought (yes I hear you all already saying "one more").
I'll just add that this ship will NEVER get in the LN related events since that even when I think about getting in the RM/LN event, I'm in the Rheinland side, so no worries about the events.
