I'll just sum this up.
I converted my old Mercinary/JG escort pilot into a Blood Dragon.
However, my time as a merc has virtually every faction in the game neutral and friendly, something I cannot fix by myself with any ease.
Things like the LSF, Bowex, OSC, Gaians...all showing green.
I need this sorted out somehow...atleast get it to make sense.
until this is either fixed or I somehow sort it out...the ship will stay docked.
the character is Kara.Kikatsu
(atleast take a look at his repsheet)
I would not ask for help unless I need it, but I have come to the conclusion that I cannot fix this by myself

The rep-ninja on the pirate ID saved me about 8 weeks worth of repair

As a Blood Dragon, I doubt you'll see many LSF or whatnot. My freelancer had Xenos bright green at one point because he killed a lot of NPCs, even though he hated Xenos, but because he was based in Rheinland he never saw em and it didn't matter to anyone.
Just make yourself red with your nearest and dearest enemies, and if for some reason you find yourself fighting in NY with some LSF, shoot a CD into some NPCs and make em mad at you.

Unless it's a bug, rest assured the admins will not fix a rep issue that you can otherwise fix yourself...after all, if they do it for you, they would have to do it for everyone else.
You can either go fix it yourself, or you can keep it docked until the ship is autowiped in a couple of months...it's 100% up to you, but the conclusion that you cannot fix this by yourself is simply wrong
