Blood Diamonds in the Houses - Xoria - 12-12-2009
I need to know how Blood Diamonds are treated by the legal authorities in each of the Houses, and since none of the official law posts even mention them, please mention them here, then go edit your legal notices.
Obviously they are illegal in Rheinland, and I've heard they are legal in Bretonia, but I can find nothing about Kusari or Liberty.

As mentioned in the description, Blood Diamonds are produced exclusively by the Red Hessians, which has made them contraband in lawful areas of Rheinland. This also makes them contraband to Corsairs, being bitter enemies of the Hessians. Due to the specific nature of the conflicts, however, none of the other houses consider them contraband.

According to the Infocards in rheinland also not-police lawfull factions, like Kruger for instance, can ask people to drop blood diamond and destroy them upon refusal.

I'm not sure if it is still hardcoded like this, but I believe Kusari NPCs also treat Blood Diamonds as contraband. Not fully sure about that though, as all the good routes run to Liberty at the moment (which is within RP, considering that the biggest Hessian diamond smuggling operation runs through the Unioners and Liberty Rogues into Texas according to news and rumours).

I think that everyone but Liberty would treat them as contraband - because only Liberty can afford to anger Rheinland like that.
Kusari and Bretonia still have to keep cordial relations with Rhienland, and I don't really see why they'd make Blood Diamonds legal, as that would be undermining Rheinland.
