It's hard to know what's a crash or a reboot these days. So is there any chance we can get a regular schedule in writing of what times the server reboots?

Easy. Reboots and updates have a consol message that preceed them. Crashes come out of the blue.

Yup, the last one was a crash.
Let say, when there are about 200 players on the server and that there are no console messages, its prolly a crash.
