should we make some kind of HUGE party in manhattan to usher in the new year for sirius?
maybe, for one day, all the lawfuls and unlawfuls alike can meet and have a party outside manhattan. no fighting, just partying and drinking it up!?!?
or maybe a huge party in the capital system of every house?
New Berlin, New London, New York, ect??

sure, not everyone will be able to come because of the time zones, of course...
but doesnt mean that new years cant be at a certain time in Sirius, regardless of various time zones players live in...
right?
