Quote:Formal Agreement between the Zoner Ore Extraction and the Temporary Autonomous Zoners
Zoner Ore Extraction Inc. will be henceforth referred to as (the) ZoE.
The Temporary Autonomous Zoners will be henceforth referred to as (the) TAZ.

The ZoE and the LH hereby agree as follows:
Article 1 Services:The ZoE shall provide assistance in the mining of the precious crystal required to manufacture Pineal Amulets. The ZoE shall also provide other materials needed by the TAZ as they need them. These materials include but are not limited to the ore that is required to make Pineal Amulets and the ore needed to manufacture the ships the TAZ manufacture.

The TAZ shall provide airspace above Shasta Orbital Skyhook in orbit over the Goddess Geode for the position of the ZoE Base Ship, The Klondike. The ZoE will be considered and treated as a subdivision of the TAZ while remaining an autonomous division capable of forging its own alliances independent of TAZ intervention. The TAZ Administrator (Currently Doctor John Henry Holliday) shall have a position equal to the three leaders of the ZoE (Currently Claroke Goldenton, Eric Goldsteen, and Chester Copperton) and will be able to, if he so wishes, take place in the discussions and decision making.

Article 2 Duration: This contract/agreement shall continue indefinably until both sides decide it is best to terminate it.

I appreciate the treaty submission. I must admit, I'm a bit ignorant about the whole ZoE thing as I gave the go ahead to some of my trusted TAZ folk to go forth with the project. I do like what I'm reading.

I would like to speak to my diplomatic Aid, Mr. Xavier Triton, who has had a hand in this if I'm not mistaken. If it is possible, I would like to chat via SKYPE frequencies if possible as well. Please, give me a few days to go over things with my own people. At this point, I don't see any major obstacles.

Greetings Mr. Holliday and thank you for your time. Yes Mr. Triton has taught us a great deal of the TAZ and your way of life he has been of great help in this manner. We would like to have him as our Ambassador between our people if that would be alright with you sir? Of course we are always interested in your thoughts and the thoughts of your people as a whole. We welcome any thoughts on this manner and gladly would entertain any one of your members' ideas. With that being said we hope to further these talks in the upcoming weeks, how ever long it may take.

Now as for S.K.Y.P.3. the Klondike has been having issues with this method and our times of business seem to conflict often. I will be on vacation for about a week and will be leaving ZoE in the capable hands of my partners Mr. Goldenton and Mr. Copperton to handle this matter in the coming week or so. But I will return, and anything Mr. Goldenton and the TAZ work out I will agree with.

In closing I want to wish you and your people a prosperous life and hope that we can find a method to fulfill this treaty of sorts. If there is anything you people wish in return any specifics ask the whole and we will do our best to meet the requirements. We are fond of your religion and the kindness and diplomatic nature of your people and hope to hear from you further soon.

I apologize for my delay. I think this agreement will be fine. Xavier Triton will handle the diplomatics of this as he is more up-to-speed on this than I am. He has my permission to represent me in day to day dealings. Of course, any major decisions he will have to run through my office with.

Lastly, if I know you are all mining in the area, I may run in for a freight run myself. It's nice to have a different trade route now and then. If ever I can be of assistance, feel free to contact me.

I understand completely. I am certain you are an extremely busy man. Especially since the latest development in the CoZ. This is of minor Importance in comparison to other matters I am certain you're dealing with.

I shall continue discussions with Xavier until we come up with a complete draft to sign.

We would be honored to have you haul Ore for us. Indeed if any TAZ member wishes to, we'll be happy to fill up a cargo hold for them. We're currently concentrating on Iridium in the Kansas System.

I hope to meet face to face someday when things settle down a bit. Perhaps we can all take a stroll through the Biodomes on board the Klondike someday. I hear there are a group of employees that enjoy gardening and thus are doing a splendid job transforming the massive domes into Spectacular gardens.
