I have many time encountered people with heart-breaking story's asking me for credits with that"i ll pay you
back"or "i will escort you" story and then just despaired somewhere in Sirius,probable rename or whatnot...
Did you have same experience?What did you do?(i did nothing basically)Is their any way to put a stop to that?

No. Simply put, they are not cheaters. I also believe Felix Cabulb has already confirmed this. Look at his post.
By the definition that seems to be used here anyway. If you check the definition on google, one of them is 'Cheating is an act of lying, deception, fraud, trickery, imposture, or imposition.', so I guess it could fall under cheating - but wont be dealt with. Admins aren't debt collectors, they have said that before.
