Need help with Raba/ IFF&ID choice - jdftheman - 01-22-2010
I'm currently setting up a char who is an exiled corsair. I won't go into the details as to how and stuff like that, but he came to a point where he converted an M42 gunboat into a transport. Now my first idea was to just use an M42 and RP it as a transport, however I than remembered that the Raba basically is something like that so I would like to use that.
But now I don't really know which ID/IFF would fit best or would be allowed for it. I though of taking a Freelancer IFF with Pirate ID, but is this allowed?
sidenote, I am currently doing this RP on a different server, but I might try it here on GC as well.

Go see if Hogosha allow pirates to use their tech. if not, go ask.

They could quite reasonably allow to use it under the "it's okay to permit tech usage sans friendship with a nod and a wink". If you've got RP for it, they'll probably be supportive.
