Including a Firefly-class vessel wouldn't bother me. However, Fireflies aren't exactly top-of-the-line and most folk wouldn't use them once they have a few credits.

I think that the firefly freighters could fit in FL'er because to me, in it's own way, resembles the startracker.:)
