I will not name any names here.
But i will ask fellow this.
Today i had to engage a Nomad BS in gamma, he had Outcast tag and Outcast ID but flew in
A NOMAD battleship.
His helper had a Zoner ID and flew a Rheinland Gunboat.
I am not a person that start crying, and i will not coz i engaged knowing my odds. and sure enoug i lost.
What i am asking, is this,
Is it good roleplay to have Outcast Tag and Outcast ID and then be flying a Normad Battleship.
and then at same time have help of a player in a Rheinland Gunboat with a Zoner ID.
Confused so was i.
This was a confusing RP situration. i opend fire on the OC tagged and ID`ed Nomad BS in Gamma i have full Corsair tag, and ID. only to be attacked by at Gunboat from Rheinland with a Zoner ID.
Now maby a strickt post on what ships fractions can use, would be in place.

There is no such thing as a Nomad ID and you can't possibly get a Nomad IFF since you'd have to kill every NPC ship in Sirius (which would just make all the reps bounce around).
Nomad ships are available for purchase on neutral planets and bases. Just like you can mount Nomad weapons, you can fly Nomad ships.
Would be cool if we could obtain a Nomad ID and somehow get Nomad affiliation, but don't see that happening.

Actually that is one of the things that needs to be brought up.
We have nomad weapons
We have nomad ships
The nomad ID does exist, just only on Admin bases. So...
Why not make it so you can get a nomad ID and tag? Obviously it should be a secret kept from people... gotta make em think.
And could we have something similar for the Wild as well? I know i am hijacking the thread... and while we're at it. The Wild have more than just rheinland ships. Remember at the end of SP. There were patriots with nomad guns.

101_Destroyer was seen in a nomad BS yesterday at Planet Cambridge with a corsair tag and Corsair ID in a Nomad Battleship
Today he was seen in gamma In same Nomad Battleship with a Outcast Tag And A Outcast ID.
I can provide SS of the OC ID.

You CANNOT purchase the Nomad ID, but you CAN purchase the Nomad Battleship and obtain Nomad weapons. Who do you propose has the right to purchase the Nomad Battleship??? The ships are for sale on neutral bases!!! You could make the same argument as to why many fly the Taiidan Bombers and wield Tizonas and Coladas when they do not have Corsair IDs.

What does "Ou Dessy" mean? This still doesn't answer the question as to who can legitimately purchase the Nomad ships. If they can be purchase on neutral bases, anyone should be able to purchase them.
