Sigma-59 - GMG| Faction System - DeathsOverture - 03-07-2010

First of all, thanks to all of the devs for the clear guidelines and Dab for the good starting tutorial.

I've compiled a basic submission, and I'm waiting to hear whether I did everything correctly. I tested importing my infocards through FLDev, and it actually worked, so my spirits are lifted a bit. Unfortunately, as I was filling out the checklist, I realized I was breaking the "no bases in nebulae" rule, so I need to resolve that before the submission deadline.
