Seems like you are linking us to the IMG and the colonial remnant and... Kishiro *looks around trying to find the definition of that Kishiro word* . We dont understand what you mean with "something has to be done"; as if the bountied ships were doing something wrong.

I represent a group of gentlemen unhappy with your business practices. As such, we have decided that there will be retribution for these business practices. We do not need to inform you what these business practices are.
We have, as such, decided to open the bounty up to anyone, as long as no dirty business goes on. That is, no-one stages the kill and so on. If we believe this to be the case, the bounty will not be paid out.

I figured out, this is a Kruger agent, who dont like to see how Daumann and IMG and their CR defenders start to finish their hostility. He want we renew it and he use this way. Well he choised a wrong way - for it we unofficially let our hired mercenaries to cut Krueger's throat. Officially of course we don't, and we get all help for investigating these incident - be sure it wont much.
