Admin Notice: Players Sanctioned - Agmen of Eladesor - 03-15-2010
The guild is pleased with you killing the corsairs. However, you were a bit over-zealous in your killing. Once you've beaten them in combat, you do need to let them leave with their tails between their legs.
Quote:5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.
If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.
Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner and may not resume acts of piracy.
Consequences: Guns stripped from both your ships.

Hello ADMIN TEAM,
I am one of the BH bottlenoses you sanctioned, now I am not sure what screen shoots the person sent you, or how that person was, I do have an idea; but, I would like to pled for my side of the case.
I am assuming this is a |Salis member you posted this report, but, nevertheless This IS the incident because this is a new Char.
Now if I am thinking right here this in in regards of Omega 3, Myself and Ruby taking out a |Sails pirate transport OR a freelancer ID, i think, transport. If in the case of the transport we did kill him, and than again in this same system because he did open fire on me again. :

With this screenshot, you should be able to see, with the time codes, that I did not have enough time to attack if I wanted to, nor did I give an engagement notice to say I was goign to attack.
WIth this screenshot you can see the end outcome, that he is OORPing and insulting us in a unjust way. Nevertheless I did not attack him to provoke such statements from his part.
I hope this is something that can help my case.
I would also like screenshots from the Report that is in regard to me, about what I got in trouble for, so I might be able to back myself up further, if I have further evidence I did not brake any rule.

Mejor_Amigo, we're kinda disappointed about your reactions it could have been done in private. Be happy the admins didn't noticed it and sanctioned you as well.
Even if few people break some rules, we are still not able to break them.
We decided to let you use our best recon vessel the Legionnaire is. You have the commands of this spacecraft for the next week. Enjoy it as much as you can.
I apologize to A.Ocampo and wakaluvsurmama8D for the "repeated static attacks". Each parts have done their faults and are dealt with the way it should be done.
