Admin Notice: Player banned - Cannon - 03-29-2010
/masot/ has been sanctioned for breaking the following rules
Quote:3.1 Using coarse language, posting abusive, hateful, racist content in chat, public or private is prohibited under any circumstances. Any kind of flaming, threatening or insulting language directed at other members, factions or server administrators in chat, public or private, is prohibited on server and on forums. RP-related threats are allowed on the server.
3.3 Out-of-character (OOC) chat must not be used in system or local chat. OOC communication in group or private chat between players will cease if one player requests it. Admins are free to communicate with any player at any time.
3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.
It makes me very sad when a player attempts to use threats to report to get their cargo back because we ban them for 7 days. Your transport has also been stripped of all equipment and credits.
Post here in 7 days to be unbanned.

The picture that you posted clearly shows Phate - a quite notorious pirate in Sirius - clearly ordering you to turn your ship, and to drop all of your cargo. That satisfies all the requirements of 5.2 and 6.6 - he RP'd with you prior to combat, and he made a demand of you.
So no, there was nothing OORP about anything that he did. And he's certainly been around on this server long enough to know that you calling him an OORP noob in a PM is quite insulting.

maybe he did but he was shoting on me and i tried to make him stop so i didint saw his orders i saw after i was killed .....

He has done this multiple times. I was sanctioned as a result of him. After i shot him he requested i buy him 6 new Transport turrets. See my sanction for more info.

yes he gived me order to drop all my cargo but after he said it he imiadetly started to fire on me i diidnt have any time to do so ... os i polite asked him to give me back my cargo....... maybe i done some 3.1 .... and iam sorry for that but kill someone after you say something imiadetly thats little too much ...... i have faced whit this problem several times on this server that a pirate came to my ship or my friends ship and started imiadetly firing on it

i wasnt threating Phate.. i was saaing what i was going to do ... i just tried to be polite..... and i asked him for money back for my cargo .... maybe i used some 3.1 .... but that was because i was working hard 2 days and then pirate killed me .... so i was little angry ....
