zoners have no missions, since they are neutral the only missions they would have would be against the nomads.

Huh, Freeport 10 in Tau? I'm pretty sure it is a Zoner base and one can do missions there...

Nope, no missions for Zoners are at offer anywhere AFAIK, you might have meant Bounty Hunter missions as they're offered in some (all?) Freeports.
