A few patriotic fellows who decide to take it upon themselves to defend the Vaterland from the Libertonian threat. Basically a Rheinland Vigilante group acting outside of the Rheinwehr and Polizei to do whatever it takes to defend their homes from the fast approaching Libertonian War Machine.
Just a thought as I was watching some WWII documentaries. I don't want to take up this project, but someone might, so I thought I'd just put it out there for anyone to use.

Could work better for Bretonia against the Kusarian incursion, I think. The situation is much worse there and the public will to fight must be harder aswell. However, maybe this could be altered to a behind enemy lines squad of militants who work with disrupting Liberty internally.

sounds interesting, but id rather wait to see the story progressing, whatever the mods have planned for the liberty-rheinland war.
Id say let Liberty invade Hamburg before we call out the Volkssturm.

Just a Short thought: Wouldn't Pirate ID work better? Because Vigilante ID cant attack House Police/Military, and You're not going to Kill Rogues and Hackers to Stop Liberty Warmachine, are you? With Pirate ID, you can even enter Liberty Space and shoot the Military Targets as well as Traders and all.
Serpentis' Idea about that Bretonian Militia is more of a "Those who are not part of Armed Forces but want to defend the Queen as well." But, Maybe its just me, Your Idea more sounds like "Those Citizen who are not afraid of getting their hands Dirty to Protect the Vaterland" - Thats why I suggest Pirate ID, and using that ID doesnt mean you're going to pew pew Rheinlanders as well, You can even act like normal Citizen in Rheinland and I'm sure Military/Polizei (well, not the lolwuts - And for sure, not the NPCs) will play along with your line.

Pirate ID would be fine, but the adminz decided that that ID does not allow starting engagements any more, save in self defence or unless you are robbing someone. So basically there is no ID that would let a group such as this exist, unless you plan to use the Bundschuh ID or something...
