Hey guys, just to clear something up. I tried to dock with the New York to Magellan Jump Gate and it said "Access denied." Is this a problem on my part or is it a balancing thing in the mod? :unsure:

In English, that means that the jump gate was deactivated in Story Mode, and since Disco is set a few years after vanilla Freelancer they kept it closed.

Magellan gate won't be ever unlocked.

Aye, I was here when it was originally closed, I think. It makes getting around in Freelancer far too easy for trading. I used to use it before the Liberty Navy shut the gate down due to increased pirate activity.
(And yes, I totally did go RP On that post.)

The only time its ever been open in Discovery, is the one when you use it for the single player campaign.
Everyone tries it once when they get here ... Amount of threads attest to that.
