Yelo , lads , I was wondering if somebody can teach me how to create /restart templates and how to create plugins if its not complicated

Thanks Alex , but how do I actually enable it? Do I download it and put it in the restart folder or I have to put it in the FLHook.ini or I must make it a .dll file?
