that is nothing..only hardpoint was cloned three times...it still uses one shield....some editing in Hardponit editor will resolve that bug...no biggy

correction...i just tested it and yes it cam mount 3 different shields..this is even easier to correct...only edit shiparch file

You can sorta do that on the Transport, Large Transport, Train and Large Train but it's not really worth it and you'd probably annoy a few people for having like 7 shields on your ship, even if 6 of them are level 1 shields.

i did that once, and its not worth it.. one shot from any gun one a fighter takes down the "secundair" shields... they only use batts (3 per shield for a full reload ^^) wich could be at better use for that little bit of extra gain;)

well...as far as the six level one sheilds go, remember, they can take a nova....
each one of them.
so....they do help, if you are willing to be that cheap.
