How can one make rep with the nomads? I mean, for example, if one kills libertonians he will make rep with rheinland, but what for the nomads?

There's no way of getting nomad rep without an admin setting it like that for you, and the only way to do that is to try to join the Keepers or Das Wilde, who both require very good RP skills
