This thread is not in RP.
So i was engaging this pirate, he had Blood Diamonds and Cardamine in his cargo hold.
Suddenly, he activated his cruiser engines and before i could send a CD,
He was over 110k away from me? I tought it was not possible to show a ship on the scanner
After such a distance, that and the fact that it only took him a sec to go so far?
In addition, i dropped out (of the game) a few secs after his distance was shown as "Far" on the scanner.

Thats called lag...it does some really weird things like that,and just befor the server goes down it sometimes will do that also.

Yeah. I had something similar two days ago.
Some fellow traders seemed to jump instantly across the system.
I asked an admin about it and he pointed me to a possible lag.
